Our Resources & Partnerships
Restoring a sense of home takes more than one organization. It takes compassionate neighbors, committed volunteers, trusted partners, and generous supporters working together. Through that collective effort, L.I.F.T. helps people find safety, nourishment, belonging, and a path toward lasting stability.
Home is Not Just a Location.
Senior Food Box Program
L.I.F.T. is proud to connect older adults with valuable community resources. Through Christ the King Vineyard Church in North Olmsted, Ohio and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, eligible Cuyahoga County residents age 60 and older can receive a free monthly box of nutritious food.
Boxes are distributed at Christ the King Vineyard Church on the third Wednesday of each month from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Advance registration is required.

Frequently Asked Resources & Partnerships Questions
-
We welcome partnerships at multiple levels - whether through financial sponsorship, offering specialized clinical services, providing volunteers, or collaborating on community events. Fill out the contact form above, and our team will reach out to discuss how your organization’s strengths can best support our unhoused neighbors.
-
The L.I.F.T. House is our strategic framework for holistic care. We map our services to the rooms of a home: providing foundational safety (The Bedroom), immediate nourishment (The Kitchen), and community connection (The Living Room). We achieve this through a mix of direct grassroots outreach and strategic funding of our community partners.
-
We recognize that no single organization can solve every logistical challenge. When individuals have specialized needs outside of our direct scope (such as specialized medical care, legal aid, or specific housing transitions), we use our resources to fund and empower trusted partner organizations who are equipped to meet those exact needs.
-
Your contributions go directly toward our core services and our partner network. This includes funding immediate nourishment through our Bridge Street Outreach, facilitating shelter and housing connections, and resourcing our clearinghouse partners to ensure a complete, seamless safety net for our community.
